The fees for the Canadian immigration application are as follows,

Skilled worker/family class Principal applicant – 550 CAD

Entrepreneur, self employed and investor principal applicant – 1,050 CAD

Each accompanying family member22 and over – 550 CAD

Each family member under 22 years old – 150 CAD

Right of permanent resident fee – 490 CAD

There may be changes in the above fees structure, regarding to certain conditions.

Additional fees are charged for provincial immigration category.
