What is criminality?

There are two categories inside Canada and outside Canada.

Inside Canada:

A person who is under conviction by any offense and subjected to sentence for less than ten years, or

Accused for any summary offences.

Outside Canada:

Any act which is equivalent to an indictable offence punishable for less than ten years, if committed in Canada.

Any acts which is equivalent to summary offences, if they are committed in Canada.

Any act which is equivalent to hybrid offence punishable for less than ten years, if committed in Canada.

Any commission of act which is equivalent to an indictable offence, if they are committed in Canada and punishable for less than ten years.
