Interviews can be waived most probably if the application is completely filled and signed. You need not face the interview if the Canada Immigration officer who moves your file says that the interview is not essential. We cannot apply at any cause to waive the interview. Some times the interview may be waived temporarily but it may be conducted at the later stage.
