Immigration regulations, policies and laws of Canada are always subjected to change at a regular time interval. The affect of these changes affects the individual depending on the circumstances. In November 2008 last change of Immigration regulations took place and its Minister announced the important modifications to the Federal Skilled Worker Category of Canadian Immigration.
